What’s the best thing women — especially those over 50 — should wear most nights when they go to bed?

One word: retinol.

My go-to best resource for all things skin, New York dermatologist and fab woman Dr. Doris Day, says a retinol product is . . .

Here’s what’s works very well for me: I use a pea-size amount of Retin-A Micro every other night directly onto my face and neck. On the other nights I use CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion, which contains ceramics and hyaluronic acid to treat and moisturize. See if this works for you, too, but for sure, the key is to experiment with a few products to find the right balance.

I agree Retinol is magical. My skin has greatly improved since I started using it. I use it every other night and if my skin gets a bit flakey every third night.

Calling myself and my blog ‘glamourgranny’, I need to keep up the image. Nothing worse as you get older than tired looking and wrinkled eyes and eyelids. It has tkane me a long time to find the right remedy, short of surgery, and I can only agree. retinol will do the trick.
