we-can-do-itToday is NATIONAL OSTEOPOROSIS DAY, and as the Bone Health Ambassador for the National Osteoporosis Foundation I want to encourage you to take good care of your bones . . . no matter what your age.

Women over 50, especially those who have gone through menopause, are at great risk for losing bone mass and density. That causes us to be at greater risk for developing osteoporosis and breaking a bone. Don’t let that happen. There are steps you can take to prevent osteoporosis.
